Although it can be lots of fun and even a ‘learning’ experience, the chance of getting the part are always very low!
The only rule I have is to do as many auditions as possible with enthusiasm and never take the fact that they don’t even bother to call you back personally. They’re busy and besides, some fellow actor got a nice, well paid role!!
